A Path Forward is a maternal wellness studio in Loudoun County, Virginia, offering lactation support, fitness coaching, and nutrition guidance for women from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. Founded by IBCLC and certified personal trainer Anna Johnson, APF provides personalized, evidence-based care that supports each mother’s unique journey.

Known for its integrated approach, many clients begin with lactation support and continue through postpartum recovery and long-term wellness, creating a seamless continuum of care.
